TOKENOMY is a licensed digital asset platform that offers a wide range of crypto-based financial services such as fixed deposit, staking (crypto investment), dual currency deposit, asset management, lending, custody and spot & futures trading.

Tokenomy is in close partnership with Indodax, the largest crypto asset exchange in Indonesia with more than 3.8 million verified users. Regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority under the Labuan Financial Services and Security Act 2010 (LFSSA), Tokenomy operates under a high security standard with proper internal control to ensure the safety of users’ investments and trading activities.

We are looking for an experienced professional with experience in growing tech companies to provide strategic leadership to the sales, marketing, and product management processes and optimize revenue potential.

  • Provide strategic and business development insights – identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for the company’s success.

  • Analyze all platform data (sales, marketing, product, user activities) to explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities.

  • Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with reliable data sources.

  • Ensure the suite of Tokenomy products is fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Indonesia and other Southeast Asia region.

  • Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps.

  • Design and oversee marketing execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows.

  • Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact.

  • Leverage usability studies, research and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution.

  • Understand the company’s strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve and refine the overall user approach.

  • 5+ years in product management or product marketing in digital products or tech companies.

  • Fluent in data analysis and data processing tools like analytics tools, data visualization tools, A/B testing tools, Excel, etc.

  • Ability to analyze customer behavior data accurately.

  • A deep understanding of various customer acquisition channels, e.g., search engine results, paid ads, email referrals, organic traffic, social media referrals, etc.

  • Has a background in online and offline marketing, statistics, and funnel building.

  • Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and consumer technology.

  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications.

  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Bahasa Indonesian is required due to the role requires gathering comments, reports, news, user feedback within Indonesia and so being able to read, comprehend and interpret is crucial.

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent working experience will be a plus.

  • Experience with cryptocurrencies, social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired.
