Product Researcher

Jakarta, Indonesia

  • Design and execute end-to-end research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to influence business and product decisions

  • Draw from a breadth of tools and approaches to investigate UX questions such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests

  • Balance quantitative and qualitative research methods to drive product direction

  • Compile and present findings to stakeholders using compelling deliverables that provide clear results, actionable insights and recommended next steps.

  • Mentor and coach early career researchers on the team

  • Manages the recruitment of participants as well as key relationships with research vendors

  • Identify different user types and profiles, based on behaviors and attitudes, usage patterns, industries, roles, locations and other relevant characteristics

  • Translate sharply defined insights into clear technical product deliverables

  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple research initiatives by partnering with Product and Design in order to plan and scope research requests based on business priorities and potential research value.

  • Expertise in running usability tests, interviews, and surveys using prototypes or live products
