Regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority under the Labuan Financial Services and Security Act 2010 (LFSSA), Tokenomy operates under a high security standard with proper internal control to ensure the safety of users’ investments and trading activities.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional from the traditional finance industry to provide leadership to the sales and key account management processes. This role will leverage relationship development and account management skill, process creation and management ability in order to educate, introduce and inspire new investment into the world of cryptocurrency from major institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.

  • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (institutional /high net worth /affluent clients).

  • Expanding the relationships with existing clients by sustained communication, understanding of their needs.

  • Designing and overseeing key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.

  • Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions.

  • 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investment etc.

  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks etc.

  • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure.

  • A good understanding of cryptocurrency assets.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Chinese speaker is a plus.
